Common questions

Why is this not firm-wide pricing?

Every agent at Brantley Christianson Real Estate runs their own business and sets their own listing fees and included services. These three tiers are the packages I (Nate Brantley) personally offer sellers — other agents at the firm may price and structure their services very differently.

What about buyer-agent commission?

Buyer-agent compensation is separate from the listing fee, negotiable, and always disclosed in writing on the listing agreement. We talk through it directly before anything is signed.

Do I get the photography and video files?

Yes. You get access to the final photography and video for the life of the listing. Final usage rights (personal vs. commercial) are spelled out in the listing agreement.

How do I know which tier fits my home?

Free consult. Which tier actually makes sense depends on your price point, neighborhood competition, the condition of the home, and whether aerial or cinematic video will move the needle. I will give you an honest recommendation — often that is Tier 2, sometimes Tier 1, occasionally Tier 3.

Can I mix and match services?

Yes. The tiers are the common packages I offer, but anything can be customized — add drone to Tier 2, skip a deliverable you do not need, or build a custom scope. The tier prices just make the common paths easy to compare.
